From January 1, 2025, VCT Videocation Creative Tools GmbH and MoovIT GmbH will be working more closely together. To this end, the operational work areas and employees of VCT will be integrated into the MoovIT organization.

What changes will there be and what does that mean?

• All VCT employees in Hamburg and Munich will remain at their current locations and retain their areas of responsibility and positions.

• The integration of sales, support and administration into MoovIT GmbH creates new synergies for planning, system integration, hardware consulting and software development.

• The already excellent cooperation between the two companies and their respective partners such as Adobe, Avid, Blackmagic, EditShare, Quantum, HP and HTC is to be expanded and intensified.

• The merger will strengthen support capacities and the entire range of services offered by VCT and MoovIT will be available to all customers nationwide.

• Full service partner in the field of IT and post-production for all common editing systems such as Avid, Adobe and Blackmagic.

• Tailored concepts for system planning, workflow automation and optimization.

• Consulting and sales for complex storage and archiving solutions.

• Hardware sales and comprehensive and individual support.

• Development of standard and customized software.
  • All broadcasters that use Adobe Premiere already use MoovIT’s Helmut software. The graphics automation tool Vulcano and the localization solution TitleTool have also established themselves as standard products in the media market.
  • Customized software solutions are developed and adapted to specific customer requirements.

MoovIT has assumed the leading role within the Avemio Group in the development and expansion of the rapidly growing system and software development business for the media industry. The operational integration of VCT will strengthen our offering and expand our joint presence.
